Bullitt contava com um Mustang GT 1968 em algumas de suas clássicas cenas de perseguição.

O motor é um 4.6 V8 de 315 cv e 44,95 kgfm de torque a 6.500 rpm. O chassi e a suspensão foram modificados para garantir maior estabilidade e balanceamento. Apenas 7.700 unidades do Mustang Bullitt serão produzidas, com preço sugerido para venda de US$ 31.075 (cerca de R$ 63 mil).
